PERSONAL Training at primitve wellness isn’t just about building muscle and losing fat, though these will happen, we also focus on improving flexibility and mobility, balance and stability, as well as overall well being.

$500 monthly subscription
Twice per week 90-minute sessions is the holy grail of personal training. Two 90-minute sessions per week sounds crazy, but this is the most effective and efficient way to make sustainable, long-term progress. We will work extensively on improving your mobility and flexibility as well as helping you get the strongest and most capable you have ever been in your life. This is the only in-person option that comes with health and wellness coaching as well. One of our two weekly 90-minute sessions we will dedicate 30-minutes to health and wellness coaching which will greatly enhance your progression.
$300 monthly subscription
Once per week 90-minute personal training is an excellent option for clients looking to get the full mobility, workout, and stretch experience. It’s also effective for those who don’t have the availability to come twice per week. 90-minutes may sound like a long time, but we will pack this session with great mobility exercises, a full body workout with plenty of rest time, and a relaxing stretch at the end. If you can only come once per week, this is the best option for you to get the most value out of your money!

Once per week 60-minute personal training is a great way to improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility in just one day per week. This is a great option for beginners with little experience, intermediates looking for some extra help, or advanced lifters looking for extra knowledge. This length will enable us to slow things down a bit and personalize your workout experience further.
Two times per week

Twice per week 60-minute personal training is a big step up from once per week in terms of progression and individualization. Twice per week will allow us to get more specific to your individual needs which will enable us to make much faster progress. Compared to 45-minute sessions, we can go at slightly slower pace which is better for recovery. We can also take extra time to stretch and work on mobility, which can help improve progression!

Once per week 45-minute personal training is a great introduction in to strength training. Just one 45-minute session per week will help those who have limited fitness improve and progress in a consistent and steady manner. I highly recommend this route for individuals who are new to exercise and/or are limited in how much exercise they can perform.

Twice per week 45-minute personal training is a more fast-paced personal training experience that works best for those looking to make great progress with a bit less work on mobility and flexibility than 60-minute sessions. Two 45-minute workouts per week are perfect for individuals who have busy schedules or like to exercise efficiently. This options is best for moms, businessman, and those looking to get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible!
