Training at primitve wellness isn’t just about building muscle and losing fat, though these will happen, we also focus on improving flexibility and mobility, balance and stability, as well as overall well being.

1-on-1 personal Training

Once per week

$180 monthly subscription

Once per week personal training is a great way to improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility in just one day per week. This is a great option for beginners with little experience, intermediates looking for some extra help, or advanced lifters looking for extra knowledge.

Twice per week

$300 monthly subscription

Twice per week personal training is a big step up from once per week in terms of progression and individualization. Twice per week will allow us to get more specific to your individual needs which will enable us to make much faster progress.

Three times per week

$360 monthly subscription

Three times per week personal training is designed for clients who want to make the fastest, and most optimal progress. With three days, we can really individualize your training program to improve the three major areas of physical health: strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Partner Personal Training

Once per week

$100 monthly subscription each

Once per week partner personal training is a great way to improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility in just one day per week and is more affordable than 1-on-1 training. Having a partner along in your journey is a great way to stay motivated and it makes exercising that much more fun (or at least more tolerable!)

Twice per week

$180 monthly subscription each

Twice per week partner personal training is a step up from once per week training. Twice per week will allow us to progress more quickly, but is also still manageable and affordable.

Three times per week

$250 monthly subscription each

Three times per week partner personal training is designed for clients who want to make the fastest, and most optimal progress. With three days, we can progress very fast. It is more of an advanced option for clients who feel they need extra work or have more specific goals.

Small group Personal Training

Once per week

$70 monthly subscription each

Once per week small group personal training is a great way to improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility in just one day per week and is more affordable than 1-on-1 and partner training. Having a small group along in your journey makes workouts even more fun and engaging. It’s like a healthy hangout for friends!

Twice per week

$130 monthly subscription each

Twice per week small group personal training is the sweet spot for groups looking to make progress efficiently and effectively. This is my recommended frequency for small groups.

Three times per week
