One-on-one PErsonal training
One-on-one personal training is great for those looking to get the most individualized training. We use tier-based subscription pricing to provide options for all budgets. Scroll down for pricing information.
Partner Personal Training
Partner personal training is great for couples or friends looking to improve their general health, fitness, and well-being. Partners pay 50% less per session than someone working out on their own.
Small Group Personal training
Small group personal training is great for those who want to improve their fitness but don’t have the extra income to do one-on-one or partner training. Small group participants pay 60-65% less per session than someone working out on their own.
We offer 60 and 90-minute options so we can accommodate a variety of schedules, goals, and budgets. Contact us to schedule a consultation call or in-person meeting.
The benefits of training with us
Muscle building and fat loss
Strength training is the mode of exercise we will be using (in combination with other forms like walking, mobility training, yoga, stretching), which is the best way to build muscle, improve your metabolism, and lose fat. This approach is the best for long term sustainability.

Like I mentioned above, we will be doing strength training each session which focuses on building strength using resistance (like bodyweight, weights, bands, cable machines). This builds strong muscles, joints, tendons, and bones.

I’m a big fan of mobility training and stretching to help improve range of motion and flexibility, so we will be doing these each session and you will have at-home mobility movements and stretches to do as well.
Improved mental health and better cognitive performance
Exercise has been shown to be 1.5x more effective at treating moderate depression and anxiety than any pharmaceutical drug or therapy… it sounds crazy, but it’s true. Exercise is one of the best ways to improve your mental health and it also improves the performance of your brain (which is actually a muscle!).
More energy and better productivity
A properly designed workout will boost your energy and productivity. You will leave feeling better than you did when you arrived. This has a carryover effect to your life and occupation. You will be more helpful around the house, a better entrepreneur or employee, and a better wife/husband and/or mother/father.
What else do you get with personal training?
At-home workouts
This depends on how frequently you train with me. I like to have everyone exercising 1-3x per week depending on their fitness level and goals. If you can only see me once per week, but need 2-3 days of exercise, I’ll assign exercises for you to do at home. Everyone will receive mobility moves and static stretches to do at home.
encouraging support throughout
I’m not a “drill instructor” type of personal trainer. I’m not going to yell at you or demean you. I want you to succeed in reaching your fitness and health goals and I want to help you find a love for exercising. I will be an encouraging and judgement-free trainer. This doesn’t mean I will just be agreeable, I will still tell you the hard truths, but I will be doing it out of a place of encouragement, not discouragement.
nutritional guidance
Exercise is only have the battle when it comes to improving your health and wellness, improper nutrition is another major obstacle that stands in the way of achieving your goals. We will discuss strategies to improve your diet to get the most out of exercise (and life).
Health and wellness Advice
We will formulate a plan to improve your habits around sleep, stress management, emotional health, and overall lifestyle. This is the stuff you won’t get when working with a traditional personal trainer. But at Primitive Wellness we strive to go above and beyond to help you be your best self!
Pricing: Tier-based monthly subscriptions
Bronze
$325/monthly Subscription
The Bronze tier includes one 60-minute in-person session per week. The Bronze tier is best for beginners just starting out, intermediates looking for extra guidance and accountability, or advanced lifters looking to improve a specific aspect of their routine or body. This tier is our most affordable in-person option, but still provides all of the benefits of personal training. I recommend this tier as a starting place for most clientele. I think it’s better to scale up to more time in the gym than it is to scale down, so if you aren’t sure about the other options, whether it be financial constraints or if you feel like more time may be too much, start here!
Silver
$450/monthly Subscription
The Silver tier includes one 90-minute session per week. The Silver tier is best for beginners that are trying to progress more efficiently, intermediates who want more hands on help with training, and advanced lifters who want to maximize their potential. In my opinion, this tier is the best all around option for most clientele. You get 90-minutes of exercise each week which is the “perfect dose” for most people. It’s sustainable and effective. This tier is a step up from the Bronze tier in terms of value. More time working in-person with a trainer is worth the cost increase. If your budget allows, this is the way to go.
Gold
$525/monthly Subscription
The Gold tier includes two 60-minute sessions per week. The Gold tier is best for those who have disposable income that they want to invest in their health and fitness. Two days per week is optimal and sustainable for most clientele. With two hours of exercise per week, we have plenty of time to work on building muscle and strength, losing fat, as well as working on alleviating aches and pains and preventing future aches and pains. The Gold tier is what most trainers recommend to their clients, it has frequency that is sustainable and a duration that allows for proper rest and recovery while exercising.
Diamond
$700/monthly Subscription
The Diamond tier includes two 90-minute session per week OR three 60-minute sessions per week. This is our top-of-the-line personal training service. This is best for those who are dedicated to improving their health and wellness (or know that they won’t workout on their own). This is our highest priced option, but it also provides the most value. Your cost per session decreases dramatically with this tier as well. I don’t often have client choose this tier, but those who do don’t regret it. If you have the disposable income and the opportunity to afford this tier long-term, this is an investment worth making! It’ll change your life!
*IMPORTANT: Choose the tier that you can afford long term (6+ months). Results you can sustain for a lifetime only come with consistency and commitment!
